To return or exchange an item, please email contact@therduneclothing.com with your order details. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a return shipping label and cover the return shipping cost.

How does sizing work?

Most pieces run true to size with a regular unisex fit. If you prefer an oversized look, we recommend sizing up. A detailed size chart is included on every product page.

How long will my order take to ship?

Because every piece is made-to-order, production typically takes 2–5 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days in the U.S.

Are your products ethically made?

Yes. We choose our production partners intentionally, with ethics and sustainability as a core requirement. We take steps to ensure our apparel is not tied to exploitative labor practices, including avoiding suppliers that source cotton from regions with known human-rights violations. Every piece we make is built to respect the people who produce it and the planet it comes from.

What is your return policy?
