We know that life is tough. But goddamn, I am so proud of you for being here, now. It may not seem like much to most, but I know that if you're here, you've been through the ringer. We want to extend our admiration to that feat by offering you a Lifetime Warranty that matters. 

As we've created Therdune through the years, we always envisioned that our customers would find comfort in our products. We want to mean more to you than just another shirt on your floor, or dedicated 'clean clothes chair' (honestly bro, same). By offering this Warranty, we hope it makes it clear that we care more about you sticking around. We want you here.

The Lifetime Warranty will cover anything. We will replace your item with the same, or in the case that it's no longer in print, another product of equal or lesser value. No questions asked. Do you have normal wear and tear from wearing our products? No worries. We will replace it with a brand new one, for as long as you live. So you better stick around. 

The only real caveat to all this, is we can only replace any purchased products one time. Read below to learn more.

Lifetime Warranty
  • Find your order number, this can be found in your original email when you purchased from us. (You may contact us at contact@therduneclothing.com for help and assistance in locating your order number.) 
  • Print out our Lifetime Warranty form.
  • Send an email to contact@therduneclothing.com for shipping details. Therdune Clothing will provide a return shipping label available for purchase.
 
Lifetime warranty FAQ
  • Does this Warranty apply to every product you sell?
Certain products we sell are NOT subject to the Lifetime Warranty. These include single-use type items such as stickers and skateboards. Products that are elligble for the Lifetime Warranty will say so on their product's page. 
  • My product has worn due to wear and tear, can I get it replaced? 

Absolutely. We know that clothing doesn't last forever, but we want you to. We want you to always find comfort in our products. The Lifetime Warranty doesn't just cover the lifetime of the products we sell, it covers your lifetime. 

  • How many times can I redeem the Lifetime Warranty for products I've purchased?
Unfortunately, we can only cover one redemption of the Warranty per purchase. If you have redeemed a Warranty on your purchased item in the past, we will not able to replace it a second time. 
  • Does Therdune offer a shipping label for the Lifetime Warranty?

Therdune will provide a return shipping label for purchase. Please email us at contact@therduneclothing.com to get started.

  • My product was lost/stolen, can I still redeem the Lifetime Warranty?

Unfortunately, we cannot honor a warranty for items that have been lost/stolen. We will need the item shipped back to us.

  • I can’t find my product on your website anymore, can I still get the same product?

Sometimes, we will remove products from availability. If your product is no longer available, we may be able to print a one-off run of that product. In the case that we are unable to, we would be more than happy to replace it with another product of equal or lesser value.

  • How long does it take to process the lifetime warranty?

Upon receipt of your product, you will receive an email from us within one week to begin your process.

  • How will I be notified that you received my request for the lifetime warranty?

When mailing your product back to us, please keep your tracking information handy. Therdune is not responsible for items that are lost in transit back to us. Once we receive your package, we will reach out via email, within one week.

  • If I send my product, and change my mind, can Therdune return my product back to me?

No we cannot. All returned items are donated to charity. They will either be worn by those in need if the product is gently used, or will pass along to textile recycling.

  • Does Therdune clothing offer a shipping label for returns?

  • If I order the wrong size, can I exchange it?
Absolutely, reach us at contact@therduneclothing.com to get the process started.
  • Can I get a refund for my product(s)?
Yes, reach out to us at contact@therduneclothing.com to get the refund process started. Therdune will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per Therdune discretion) and defective products for a full refund. Products must have been purchased within the last 60 days. Refunds will be the amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping cost).
 
Lifetime Warranty Vs. Returns/Exchanges
  • Returns/Exchanges – are orders that have been purchased within the last 60 days. Therdune will provide a shipping label available for purchase. Therdune will refund any unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per Therdune Clothing discretion) and defective products. If your return doesn’t fit into these conditions, we will offer an exchange, or discount code.
  • Lifetime Warranty – Is a warranty that covers everything else. We will replace your product for any reason. Life is full of bumps and scrapes, rips and tears, but your clothes don’t need to meet the same fate. Therdune will provide a return label for purchase. Please email us at contact@therduneclothing.com to get started. All you need to do is fill out the Lifetime Warranty form, and send the product back to us. We’ve got you covered, for as long as you live.
