Stay Awhile Project Terms and Conditions
The Stay Awhile Project is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of submission.
Sponsorship
The Stay Awhile Project is sponsored and funded by Therdune LLC.
Agreement to Rules
Participation in the Project constitutes Submitter's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Rights Granted by the Submitter
The Sponsor will assume complete ownership over Submitter's submission story, and is free to utilize it however they see fit. Submitters give full control over their works to the Sponsor, allowing it to be used for advertising, marketing, and to be featured on www.therduneclothing.com indefinitely, with no compensation or duties rendered for said ownership. Submitters will remain anonymous in relation to their specific entry, and personal details will not be shared publicly.
If an Submission is found to be the intellectual property of someone other than the submitting Submitters, that submission will be immediately removed. Any claims that arise as a result of infringement, the Submitter shall defend or settle against such claims at their sole expense, and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor from any suit therein.
Terms & Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, suspend, or terminate the Project in any manner they see fit, in the event that non-authorized human intervention, website bugs, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control may impact or corrupt the fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Project. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Submitters for violating the Rules specified in this document. The Sponsor has the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the Project.
Limitation of Liability
A participant’s entry into the Project constitutes his and her agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees against all claims of liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the Project.
Disputes
Except where prohibited, each Submitter agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Project shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate courted located in Weber County, Utah. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Submitters’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Project, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Weber County, Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law of conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Weber County, Utah.
Privacy Policy
The identity of each Submitter will remain anonymous due to the nature of the Project and it’s subject matter. The Submitter themselves may choose freely to identity themselves publicly, but that is at the sole discretion of the Submitter themselves. Social Media Platform Rules
The Project hosted by Therdune LLC is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or other legal corporate entity aside from the aforementioned Sponsor, as outlined in this document.
Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules
By submitting your entry, You, the Submitter, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
